这首《致西利亚》语言朴素精炼，富有音乐美。诗中，热恋的情郎手里端着美酒，眼睛却在寻找着与情人沟通的机会。我们常说“眼睛是心灵的窗户”情人之间的眼神应当更富有着爱的情意。只要能够得到这种情意，情郎愿意放弃杯中的美酒，就连天上的琼浆玉液也在所不惜。的确，爱情似乎就是世间上最甘醇的佳酿了，相比之下，天上的“琼浆玉液“又算得了什么呢？

关于葡萄酒有一个爱情传说：“从前有一个古波斯的国王，非常的爱吃葡萄，他将吃不完的葡萄藏在密封的罐子里，并写上“毒药”两个字，以防止别人偷吃。但，由于国王日理万机，很快便忘记了此事。国王身边有一位失宠的妃子，看到爱情日渐枯萎，感觉生不如死，便欲寻短见，凑巧就看到那带有“毒药”两个字的罐子。打开后，里面颜色古怪的液体也很像毒药，于是就将这发酵的葡萄汁当毒药喝下。结果她没有死，反而有种陶醉到飘飘欲仙的感觉。多次“服毒”之后，她反而容光焕发、面若桃花。将此事呈报给了国王后，国王大为惊奇，一试之下果然如此，妃子再度受宠，找回了失去光泽的爱情。葡萄酒也因此广泛的流传开来。”

The Appreciation of Ben Jonson’s Song to Celia
Song to Celia is loved by countless people all the ages. It is a love poem written by Ben Jonson who had many successful works. And this is one of Ben Jonson’s representative works. The whole poem describes a strong but exquisite emotion of a man to his lover called Celia. The overall tone of the poem is dreamy, optimistic, positive and innocent. Hence, when you read this poem, you may easily feel his love and be addicted in it.
When we describe something, we should find its characteristics and so did the author. In the beginning of this poem, author portrayed the charming and attractive eyes and unforgettable kiss. Just like he wrote, “Drink to me only with thine eyes and I will pledge with mine.” As it widely known to all, eyes are the windows of the soul.
When two people are falling in love with each other, the eyes of the lover are more emotional. They can even use eyes to express the deeply thoughts in each heart. “Or leave a kiss but in cup”, he’s willing to give up the Jove’s nectar and never look for another wine. And the kiss is the symbol of love. Indeed, for him, love is the greatest glycol wine, by contrast, Jove’s wine is nothing. The second part of this poem is describing a thing about rosy wreath in order to express the sweet smell of lover. As everyone knows, rose is the symbol of love in most countries. Giving his lover a rosy wreath only for “It could not withered be”. As he wished, with the lover’s breath, it grows well and smells very good. However, we all know the smell is actually come from the lover. And the rosy wreath gets eternal life from it. As far as I am concerned, make the rose open forever is not the lover’s breath but her love. This poet described the lover’s delicate psychology perfectly and we can feel the poet’s deep love between the lines. Twist and turns out a description of the lover’s sweet. That’s so interesting.
What’s more, this poem is iambic. Its rhyme was arranged by a b c b a b c b, exactly as, mine、wine、divine、thine 、thee、be、me and thee. In addition，It is written in first person which can make you feel you are just one of the protagonists and are able to understand this poem from the maximum level. All those arrangements make the poem be filled with the beauty of music and read catchy.
