麦姐真的是我最喜欢的一位翻唱歌手，没有之一。她的嗓音可软可硬，真假音转换自如，低音帅气，高音空灵。她在音乐这条道路_上，创作出了自己风格，她把自己的情感融入歌曲，让人为之动容。

MadilynBailey ( 玛迪琳贝莉，1992年9月2日- )，创作歌手、知名油管主，出生于美国威斯康星州。2009年， 正式发布第一个视频，并建立了她的油管频道。2012年5月2日，她发布了自己个人第一张原创EP《Bad Habit》，其后发布过《Wiser》《Tetris》 等歌曲。

I grew up in a very very small town in wisconsin. More cows than human beings. And I guess I just had this idea that I was gonna be a singer. I started teaching myself instruments, I started teaching myself how to write songs and I discovered this platform called ytb. And I just noticed some people posting some acoustic covers of songs and mixing in some originals, and I was like I can do that. So i grabbed my parents not HD cameras and I stacked it on a bunch of boxes because at the time we did not have a tripod for it. And I filmed my first video. I was terrified when I posted my first video.
As you can see I was literally staring at the camera like a deer caught in headlights. I was so nervous to make any wrong movement or play a wrong note. But you know what I posted the video anyway. And from there the numbers just they just started rolling in.
And I started posting acoustic covers and then little songs that I had written. Yeah it went from me sitting on my bed filming videos to me flying out to LA to start shooting with people pretty quickly. That was the moment I knew that this idea that ytb is going to be the platform that launched me was actually a legitimate idea. And so I graduated early from high school and started flying out to LA to make videos.

If I've learned anything in the last 10 years is that if I had not posted that first video that first awful video I would not be here. Was that first video perfect? No, far from it was it high quality was it HD? No, I worked with what I had but It's still my favorite video I ever done. Yes. Why? Because even though I filmed it six times and deleted it I finally filmed that 7th time and had the courage to upload it and press post. So here I am once again at a point in my career where I am a little bit terrified to take this next step. So I'm going to take a note from my 17 year-old. Og Madilyn: And take this step despite my fear.

So this song of coverd that I realized I could actually sing. Not just kind of sing, but like I had a lot of power and I had a lot to learn about my voice. I remember when I heard the playback of the song, I thought it was so special that I can't stop listening. Still a really hard song to sing. I've sang it probably a thousand times, that's way…at least over a hundred. Somewhere between a hundred and thousand. I've sang the song a lot in my life what to say, change my life.

I don't think we ever really fully know ourselves. So I think that we're constantly changing like every person is in a constant state of metamorphosis. And so it's kind of just like waking up every day and being like 'hello,who are you today?'
My name is Madilyn Bailey, I have been posting videos on ytb for 10 years now. I started by posting acoustic version of Popular cover songs. I always had this delusion that I was going to be able to make it, I was going to be able to be a singer and there wasn't ever anything else that I wanted to do or be. When I was 7, my dad sat me down and taught me how to write my first song. I think he probably could tell I was very emotionally-charged. You can't really turn off the bad feelings without also turning off the good feelings. And so I 100％ believe in fully honoring your feelings and what you're in taking those emotions and putting them into a song, release my body from having to feel so heavy with them. And so It's my dad was right when he knew I was kind of need an outlet for these emotions and you know, if anyway me going through these things and writing about them help somebody else is going through it. That's all I can help for.

The point that I'm at right now with the music that I'm releasing, I think it's the best place that it's ever been in the most clear, in the most focused, in the most me that it's ever been. And I think the balance between being authentic with my feelings, and then also authentic with who I am at the same time. I think people really appreciate that.

And so I want to treat myself in an amazing way so that I can continue to live this amazing life.
