Mary:But what if you are in a traffic jam and don't go anywhere for ,say ,20 minutes ?

John:That is why the charge per mile travelled is divided by time spent in the taxi, just in case of bad traffic .

Mary:Where can I find a cab here ?

John:You can find one at a nearest street corner. Just hold your hand up as a cab passes you by.It will stop for you then .

John:It's whatever the matter stays at the end of the trip.
